In this assessment, identify at least two and not more than five of its measurable communication objectives. If the organization has not identified these, identify at least two and not more than five such, and justify your selection. Are they working? If not, why not, and how would you change them for your final communication solution (i.e. final paper)? How can communications add value to the organization?
Your paper must include the following, two labeled sections:
- Introduction: Begin your paper with a one-two paragraph introduction that summarizes your SWOT analysis. You do not need to include the matrix you used to develop your SWOT analysis in this section, but only the results or findings of the analysis itself.
- Overview of Measurable Objectives: List the measurable communication objectives you have identified as critical for the client, as a numbered or bulleted list. Explain why. Assess the client’s current objectives. Are they working? If not, why not, and how would you change them? How can communications add value to the organization? List these as a numbered or bulleted list. Elaborate on each reason, using supporting information such as case studies of similar organizations, published research or studies. Include your sources as hyperlinks or references.
